Intelligent Gesture Based Pattern Lock Security System

Developed an intelligent gesture based pattern lock security system which can be unlocked by simply means of a stored hand gesture pattern. The idea is to create a box like assembly, in which the user places his hand, makes a defined gesture and unlocks the system. Basically, there is a mechanism that allows the user to save a gesture pattern. Once that is done, the system goes in lock state. When the user enters his hand in the box, he tries to recreate the same pattern. If he is able to do so, the system unlocks. If unable to, the system remains locked.

SmartCOM - Enabling remote Electrophysiology

Everyday hundreds of electrophysiology related procedures happen all across globe. However, there are limited numbers of expert electrophysiologists available across the world to physically diagnose and treat patients. Most of the times, the experts are consulted over phone during the procedure for the right treatment. The quality of the solution provided depends on the quality of verbal communication of the scenario. There is a high probability of mis-diagnosis and improper solution. In addition to it, it results in increased procedure duration thereby causing patient discomfort and reduced hospital productivity.

Streamline-Cathlab-Recording-Workflow-Using-DialogFlow-And-Leveraging-NLP-of-Google

Interventional procedures such as angioplasty, valve replacement, pacemaker implantation, ablations are performed in a cathlab. Regulatory bodies mandate documenting all the events during the procedure. For example: Vital signs, medications administered, personnel involved, equipment’s used, patient’s response, protocol followed, calculated pressures, cardiac output, Fractional Flow Reserve etc. The documentation process is a comprehensive job and one dedicated scrub nurse is responsible for it.

Windows Services Firewall Verification Engine

The idea behind developing Windows Firewall Services Verification Engine Tool is for automated verification of following settings available on the system against base files:
Windows Services
Firewall Inbound Ports
Firewall Outbound Ports
Firewall Program Exception Name
The tool allows us to compare the base and autogenerated files and generate the results at the appropriate result folder to see the differences found while comparing between base and autogenerated files and vice-versa.

Data Encryption In Transit

Data in transit, or data in motion, is nothing but data actively moving from one location to another such as across the internet or through a private network. The security protocol used for encryption in transit is TLS 1.2 which is considered as the most current defined version of the security protocol for establishing encryption channels over computer networks. The following validations were performed using scripts before enabling TLS 1.2 protocol at the OS level:
Verification of client components whether they are compatible with TLS 1.2 or not?
Verification of .NET Framework version whether the installed .NET version is compatible with TLS 1.2 or not?

Environment Monitoring System (EMS) using GSM & Web Server

The proposed idea cropped as a result of designing an ambient air quality monitoring system that has a capability to track certain environment parameters continuously. In this project environment parameters are processed by uploading the data’s to the internet using GPRS technology. The data from the sample monitoring locations will then be compiled and analyzed. The main objective is to develop a device which is able to monitor certain atmospheric components such as CO2, CO, alcohol etc. gases and display their data (concentration in ppm) on an LCD screen at the interval of 3 seconds. Since our system is available at any time, hence as soon as gas gets detected an SMS is sent to the authorized user. In addition to it, the data has to be displayed on a web server for continuous tracking of measured gas concentration (in ppm).

Became the finalist in the Siemens Healthcare Hackathon Competition (SHPL 2018) among top 10 teams shortlisted for the final round.

Got Excellence Award for valuable contribution in developing an end-to-end feature over relatively short period of time.

Got Instant Puraskaar Award for valuable contribution accomplished in the project over relatively short period of time.

Got Spot Award in recognizing by management for special contribution accomplished over a relatively short time of period to an important project.

Participated in the Siemens Healthcare Hackathon Competition (SHPL 2017) and became the finalist among top 12 teams.

Selected as a Zonal Winner for National Robotics Championship 2014, organized at IIT-Bombay.

Stood 1st position in Technical Model Building Presentation during Annual Technical Fest in the year of 2013.
